Waking up from a deep comfortable slumber can be a struggle for anyone. The struggle is irrespective of season and mainly depends on how tired you are and how bad is your alarm clock. Most alarm clocks are musical disappointments and makes you want to sleep more than anything else. During winters, the heavy curtains also want you to sleep longer and not leave bed.The same concept was picked up by Florian who then decided to make a Circadia Sunrise Lamp.

It is a two meter long lamp that is divided into three parts. The top most part consists of 3D printed omnidirectional speaker system along with an orbiting text display screen. The middle section, on the other hand, houses 288 independently controlled RGB NeoPixel LEDs while the lower most segment has midwoofer, audio amp, Raspberry Pi, and power supplied snuggling in it.
It took Florian two years to complete the project, as his proficiency with Python increased so did the the clarity of results. As things became better and better, he was motivated to add more themes to it. The present alarm system comes with various themes that range from Sumatra Rains to Manila Sunrise, every single theme has its own soundtrack as well as color cycle. Every single alarm ring or cycle lasts for around 40 minutes that wakes up a person in a very soothing manner.
So, getting out of bed will not be a struggle for someone who owns this clock. You can choose to wake up to Sumatra rains one day or late summer another day, make your weekends special with arctic spring and so forth. The idle days can always be started with party mode and give a fresh start to your day. You can easily bid adieu to resentment and welcome every morning with a new mood.
