hi EG,  this project is awasome..   but i want to do this using pic16f877a. can u  help me? in code?

Pretty much the hardest part of you code is to get the infrared sensor to work in. (U can try to study and change the code from arduino to work on MicroChip processors It's bit different than arduino. But once you have done that there is the only easy part left ( Turning Relays on with Ports ) That should be easy for you.

The error i am getting while compiling the program-

Error: 'TKD2' was not declared in this scope

int RECV_PIN = TKD2; // the pin the IR receiver is connected to

Everything seems ok but i cant undratand why you check

if (i==0)

similarly for j,k,l

How solve this error?????

Error: 'TKD2' was not declared in this scope

int RECV_PIN = TKD2; // the pin the IR receiver is connected to

Program not working

how to fix this error

Arduino: 1.6.7 (Windows 8.1), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

C:\Program Files\Arduino\libraries\RobotIRremote\src\IRremoteTools.cpp:5:16: error: 'TKD2' was not declared in this scope

 int RECV_PIN = TKD2; // the pin the IR receiver is connected to

                ^

exit status 1
Error compiling.

good

sorry to bother you but could you help send the circuit diagram and code for this project to my email labongowalter@gmail.com...Don't know why i can't it right

bro can i get the clear circuit diagram for this project,can anyone send the clear circuit diagram to this mail id bvignesh1014@gmail.com

circuit diagram not clear visible

Did anyone get the solution to the error in the code.

Error: 'TKD2' was not declared in this scope

int RECV_PIN = TKD2; // the pin the IR receiver is connected to

If anyone got it kindly pls upload it here.

@TKD2 Error:

This is known issue, you can find many doubts regarding this in Arduino official portal (Forums).

this problem we can find with later versions of 1.5.X of Arduino IDE.

you can compile same code in Arduino 1.0.X, without any error.

This issue is caused by someone changing the stock library to suit the Components and board on which the pins are called TK whatever so TKD2 is a pin on that board . Now this interferes with the examples and the library must be deleted and replaced for it to compile properly.

 It needs to be replaced with the original correct IRRemote library in the next releases.

can any one please give me a clear circuit diagram and what kind of relays are used .. im a student and i want to make this as a project please ...

why adim not reply for solving problem with TKD2
