So after we told you that you can handle your light system using an app or flicking your phone, now we bring to you a way to talk to them. Yes. We are not kidding, this time either! You can talk into your phone and switch on or off a particular light system. Let’s see how.
You need an Arduino Uno, 1Sheeld and 3 LEDS to get started with this demo project. Connect the components as shown in the circuit diagram in the link given below. Open 1Sheeld app and configure ‘voice recognition’. ‘PLAY’ will switch on the LEDs and ‘STOP’ will do the reverse. You can also command which LED to be lit up, by saying its colour.

You can get the code from the source link. You are communicating with the Arduino using 1Sheeld on your phone. So the code tells Arduino that when it hears, ‘blue’, ‘yellow’, or ‘green’, it lights up the corresponding LED.
Ain’t it cool! Now go and try it out.
