In light of tremendous usage of Arduino, many bloggers and techno are contributing their peace of mind in inventing things and making application, while especially focusing on amateurs. This is another blog where a keypad and LCD Screen are used at once in a combination of Arduino, to make a little application or say a simple calculator by using them.

In order to make this calculator, some stuff is required to be collected which includes Arduino Uno, Breadboard, Jumper Cables, Keypad, PC which has Arduino App Installed, Potentiometer, and a Resistor. To begin with, the wiring of Arduino and keypad is little confusing and hectic but once done with it, you just have to write the codes.
Further, Potentiometer is used to adjust the brightness of the writings light and not the backlight. The keyboard or its tiny version, the keypad has a limited number of pins, therefore it must be used judiciously. And due to the same reason, LCD has not been used in this experiment and is replaced by serial on PC’s screen.
Testing is an essential part of any experiment therefore here video is tested to check whether keypad is working or not. Minor adjustments might require as being new in this field like setting up the pin number for the rowPin and the colPin of the keypad. This experiment does leave the scope of improvement and one can also contribute their findings. To initiate the experiment, you can get the comprehensive explanation on the website of Subkhan Sharif along with the video and documentation.
