E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

Engineers Garage seeks a proficient and result oriented associate for it upcoming web store, responsible for order management and its day-to-day operations.

Qualification: Graduate in BE/ B.Tech/ BSc from Electronics Specialization

Post Graduation in any electronics or management stream preferred

Job Accountability & Responsibility

• Oversee day to day operations of the web store and maintain proper reports

• Manage the work flow and set priorities for the EG web store

• Deal with technical issues arise with customers or staff team

• Manage healthy customer relations for the web store

• Collaborate with Buyers, Marketing and Management to prioritize and select product for the online store

• Coordinate and assist with data entry of products including extended product descriptions and product images

• Manage, train and maintain order fulfillment processes

• Work collaboratively with Management, the IT Team and the Web Developer on web store

• Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to benchmark, measure and analyze key performance indicators as set out by Management

• Manage and maintain online dealer agreements with EG Vendors

• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
