Fujistu introduces a new Digital Business Platform “Finplex”

Fujitsu announced its new systematic approach to the financial solutions, offering a FUJITSU Digital Business Platform MetaArc. Fujistu named it has “Finplex”, commencing from March’16 in the aim of co-creation with its financial customers.

Digital business has grown rapidly from past the years with the advance of the digital technologies in recent years, such as mobile, big data, cloud computing, social networking, and artificial intelligence. All these advancements are made financial institutions to enhance their value of role for their partners in the economic activities and day to day lives of their customers. They are stepping up efforts to create a new dimension value for their customers and provide a hassle free service to attract new business, all the while maintaining the safe and trustworthy interface.

As one of the element Finplex, Fujistu is offering the APIs for financial related services. These APIs will help customers to create, categories and quickly deploy new financial services. Moving further, Fujistu plans to build out Finplex to help their operations run more efficiently and to make an innovative service by collaborating with companies in other industries, and to achieve a long term business growth its customers in the financial sector. Fujistu will offer its accumulated wide ranging industry and business expertise as services over MetaArc, based on their knowledge integration concept. The financial solutions of Finplex represent the first example of this approach.

What’s there in Finplex?

Finplex is the name under which Fujistu is systematizing its solutions for accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions, and co-creation for the future. Finplex encompass the company’s financial institution and financial service related PaaS, SaaS, application foundations, and solution packages, which is provided through MetaArc. Fujitsu’s digital business integrates with advanced technologies, including the cloud, big data, mobile, IoT and AI.

Key points of Finplex,

  • Finplex offers API’s for financial related services, accelerates cross-industry collaboration and streamlines system development.

  • Finplex offers an easy selection of MetaArc prepared solutions that fit the goals and speed service.

  • Allows for hybrid operations that combine existing on premise systems and cloud services.

Fujistu plans to expand quickly on a range of solutions being offered under Finplex, and bringing back together the knowledge of Fujitsu and customers in the financial sectors with unique and original ideas for startups, particularly in Fintech area. As a part of Finplex, Fujistu will launch its own “Learn Startup Planning Program for Financial related services”. Commencing from April’16, this program aims to bring Fujitu’s new financial service ideas to life. Such as, flexible tie ups and other relationship with fintech startups, and providing a wide degree of freedom.
