Guide to Replace Damaged USB Ports

By computerguru365 September 26, 2013

Unlike the long name USB means, the ports and connectors are quite small and make a perfect companion for a modern computing unit. USB ports are clearly becoming sole source of communication for a lot of devices. Now, portable computing solutions like smart phones, tablets etc. are extensively using USB ports, not just as data exchanging means, but also to charge themselves up.

Repairing USB ports

As a modern techy goes more and more independent on USB, it is quite necessary that he learns how to repair it too. Keeping this approach in mind, a computer guru has DIY’s an interesting USB port repairing tutorial. Interestingly, he just does not take any gadget with this task; he has successfully repaired a Blackberry here.

USB Port

Just as precious as your gadget is, so is the complicacy of such a task. Keeping this in mind, the blogger has detailed with every process quite nicely. Even unscrewing the gadget has been as thoroughly mentioned as the soldering and attaching processes are. Information about taking a spare USB port out of the box has also been mentioned quite nicely.

Replacing USB Ports

Instead of making the tutorial stiff with restricted approach on repairing, the blog post gives readers a flexible view of how they can achieve the best of the repairing process and also not get too much occupied with what stuff to get.  Hence, this post serves as a really good learning cum DIY lesson for all those who want to get an inch closer on the practical working with gadgets.
