Micro Commercial Components Corp. has released the MCACD033N06Q-TP, a dual 20V N-channel MOSFET designed for automotive applications. The device has received AEC-Q101 certification and is packaged in a PDFN-5060-8D format measuring 5mm by 6mm.
The MCACD033N06Q-TP features a drain-source voltage rating of 60V and a gate-source voltage rating of ±20V. The component offers an on-resistance of 25 milliohms and operates at junction temperatures up to 175 degrees Celsius. The MOSFET uses trench power LV technology with a high-density cell design to support current requirements in space-constrained layouts.
The PDFN-5060-8D package includes an exposed thermal pad to facilitate heat dissipation during operation. This configuration allows the dual N-channel architecture to occupy a smaller PCB footprint while maintaining thermal performance. The device integrates two MOSFETs in a single package, which can simplify routing in automotive circuit designs.
Target applications include load switches, DC-DC converters, synchronous rectifiers, automotive relays, motor drivers, hot-swap circuits, PLC outputs, and PWM control systems. The AEC-Q101 qualification addresses reliability requirements for automotive environments.
The MCACD033N06Q-TP is available through MCC and its authorized distributors. Technical specifications and datasheets can be accessed through the company’s MOSFET catalog. Engineers can request samples or technical support by contacting MCC directly.
