Vishay Safety-Rated RFI capacitors as well as Fusible Safety Resistors offer higher reliability under very harsh environments that keeps them safe against failures that leads to either fire or electric shock. Here is a detailed look in these products:

●      AC-CS UL1412-Recognized Wirewound Fusible Safety Resistors: Vishay / Draloric AC0x, CS Series Axial Cemented Fusible Wirewound Safety Resistors happen to be specifically selected resistive winding wires along with special non-flammable silicone cement coating stuff that ensures a silent and  safe fusing operation under overloaded conditions. The resistor fuses without any boom when AC mains voltage is implemented and also behaves as inrush current limiting resistor for regular operations. The prime features include a guarantee of silent and safe fusing operation under overloaded situations.
