Qorvo Announces New Addition To Its Innovative Range Of Integrated Modules, Switches, And Amplifiers

Qorvo recently made some new additions to its unique RF portfolio of integrated modules, amplifiers, and switches. These are meant to serve a complete range of wireless infrastructure, broadband access applications, and optical network along with DOCSIS 3.1 systems. These are high performing solutions that will simplify RF for designers across the world and can be availed from authorized channel partners of Qorvo.
 
Here are some details about features of these products:
 
QPC3624: A digital step attenuator, it has been blessed with a frequency of 47-2000MHz. Its high linearity would scale at IIP3 55dBm, a typical figure for this kind of product. According to Qorvo, it will be completely ideal for CATV DOCSIS 3.1 equipment. ECCN sands at 5A991G. It can be availed at 4x4mm QFN package. 
 
QPC3024 Features: 
● ECCN: 5A991G
● Most suitable for CATV DOCSIS 3.1 equipment
● 4x4mm QFN package
● Frequency: 5-3000MHz
● High Input IP3:>60dBm. 
● High Isolation:>65dB at 1.2GHz.
 
The firm also released an ultra low-noise bypass LNA which is embedded with following features:
● ECCN: 5A991G
● Most suitable for wireless infrastructure. 
● 2x2mm DFN package. 
● An extra ability to turn in LNA and Bypass mode Off. 
● NF: 24dB at 2.5GHz 
● Gain [email protected] 2.5GHz. 
 
Apart from this, there has been another addition to the amplifier segment with DOCSIS 3.1 CATV Edge QAM Amplifier, here are its major features:
● ECCN: 5A991B
● Most suitable for CATV equipment. 
● 11 x11 mm MCM package. 
● Frequency: 45-1218MHz. 
● Gain Control: 20dB with variable attenuator. 
● 510mA at 12VDC.
 
The optical receiver segment received FTTH 1.2GHz that is blessed with following features:
● ECCN: 5A991G
● Most suitable for FTTX optical networks. 
● 4x4x0.85 QFN package. 
● Low noise level: 3.5pA/ √Hz (EINC)
● Range of Linearity: -85dBc CS as well as -66dBc at +22dBmVRF.
