RECOM Power RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q AEC-Q100 DC/DC Converters are automotive-grade buck converters with an integrated inductor in a compact 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm thermally-enhanced QFN package with wettable flanks (various models). Operating within a -40°C to +125°C temperature range, the RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q components feature an input range from 4VDC to 36VDC, allowing 5V, 12V, or 24V supply voltages to be used. The output voltage can be set with two resistors ranging from 0.8VDC up to 30VDC (1.5A) or 34VDC (0.5A). These devices are fully protected against continuous short-circuits, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults. The RECOM Power RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q AEC-Q100 DC/DC Converters are ideal for automotive, electric vehicle (EV), and harsh environment designs.
