TDK CeraLink SMD Capacitors are designed for fast-switching semiconductors and optimized for high frequencies up to several MHz. These capacitors provide high ripple current capability, high-temperature robustness, low power loss, low dielectric absorption, and high capacitance density. The CeraLink capacitors utilize multilayer technology with lead lanthanum zirconium titanate (PLZT) ceramic, copper inner electrodes, and nickel (CuNiSn) barrier termination. These SMD Capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and can achieve 56nF effective capacitance at 800V operating voltage. The CeraLink capacitors are used in power converters and inverters in renewable energy, automotive, and industrial drive applications.
