Tektronix Inc., one of the premium global suppliers of testing, measuring, and monitoring instrumentation, recently introduced a new addition of IQFlow™ functionality to its own RSA7100A wideband signal analysis solution. This new enhancement gives out better flexibility and speed required to carry out real-time Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and also support loop hardware (HIL or HWIL) test for Electronic Warfare (EW) and radar systems.
The real-time analysis of RSA7100A for live monitoring of recording events permits engineers to ensure they will get the data they need from Tektronix time-consuming test scenarios. With the help from streaming interfaces and APIs alongwith support for 40GbE as well as LVDS, the analyzer provides performance as well as ready-to-go convenience that is needed by system engineers to move ahead with gen-next designs.
As Jon Baldwin, the general manager and vice president in Wideband Business Solutions Business Unit at Tektronix, puts it, “The RSA7100A with IQFlow leads the market as a comprehensive solution that can quickly and easily be dropped into a wide range of test scenarios. IQFlow gives our customers the flexibility to process their own DSP algorithms in real time using our front-end system. They are not limited to working only with the instrument vendors’ analysis results.”
The RSA7100A comes with widest-bandwidth streaming real-time spectrum analysis in the market. The DPX spectrogram/spectrum display offers 100 percent probability for interception of up to 419 ns signal in 800 MHz span. The analyzer’s 16 KHz to 26.5 GHz range of frequency covers up a broad range of analysis requirements like spectrum management and radar applications. The pricing for this system starts at $135, 000 US MSRP. You can visit the official site to check out availability.
