Almost 30 million visitors visit the Smithsonian museums on an annual basis which means millions of others won’t be able to visit this place and person. Virtual reality can create several new channels for these people to get access to the Smithsonian collections, educational resources, and research irrespective of their location and other constraints that keep them away from this place. The Smithsonian American Art Museum will be able to share it exhibitions without lovers across the world thanks to the advancements made in digital technology.

The Intel and Smithsonian’s Association is committed to educate and disperse knowledge through latest innovations. All of these latest discoveries equipment are empowered by the 8th generation Intel Core™ processes that offer a valid means for digital division of history in a more efficient and less damaging ways. The Intel and the Smithsonian American Art Museum partnership will start this digital transformation with the Renwick Gallery’s latest exhibition, “No Spectators: The Art Of Burning Man” will showcase infusion of virtual reality into Intel Technology and how it is changing the museum experience.
