White box testing or also known as glass box testing or structural testing is a part of software testing which includes the testing of internal structure of codes. It ensures that the every part of the code performs its operations according to the specifications. Unlike black box testing, a white box tester requires internal perspective of the system as well as good knowledge of programming.
