Infineon Technologies AG recently announced its partnership with Klika Tech for a special purpose. The two tech-giants will be working together to develop innovative solutions for smart buildings. These buildings are to have infrastructure based on Klika Tech integrations of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Infineon’s semiconductor portfolio of products.
Klika Tech is well-known for its prowess in end-to-end IoT and Cloud solutions across the globe. In this project, it will leverage its partnership with Amazon Partner Network (APN) and take care of product development based on Infineon solutions by offering its multi-domain, multi-industry, enriched experience. Klika’s presence will speed up the collaborative unveiling of products, solutions, and market-ready products.
Together, the two firms will be taking care of end-to-end solutions across a myriad of platforms ranging from smart homes to smart city, smart buildings, connected devices, and electrified as well as autonomous mobility.
Places of public importance like hospitals, airports, and others critically depend on the performance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. Any flaw or downtime at this level can easily impact the health, productivity, and costings for countless people.
Even scheduled maintenance of business HVAC service programs cannot be of much help when it comes to correct identification of problems. This loophole can easily lead to ineffective operations and machine failures without any pre-warning.
Machine learning and cloud-based solutions can fill up this loophole by providing predictive maintenance abilities. It can carry out consistent system condition analysis, keep relevant personnel in the loop and initiate specific tasks to maintain an optimum level of machine operations.
Application of a predictive maintenance plan can easily recognize improper installation, check costly failures, and turn up the efficiency of the equipment. Overall, it can extend the equipment and system life keeping total operational costs under control.
In the words of makers
