Sona Bracelet for Healthy Lifestyle

By Samidha Verma

It is important to track data about fitness, if you are working really hard and in fact many fitness trackers record lots of data. But the problem with those data collection are that the trackers either do nothing with it, or do not have concrete advice related to it. Now, this problem can be solved with the help of Sona Connected Bracelet. It is a new wearable device that measures activity in a more accurate way and is committed to train the body and brain in a way that can better deal with stress, and help focus the mind. As it is equipped with various built-in sensors, plus an in-app meditation program called Resonance, the target is easily achieved.

The Resonance program of bracelet has a scientific background and also the wearable is packed with tech. With the help of five guided sessions, one can try out that how it works. It is said that this technology has very capable heart rate sensor which has been developed to “work with the body’s natural heart patterns to build and train resilience to mental and physical stress.”

The Sona’s heart rate sensor examines heart rate variability and other usual metrics. The heart rate variability is a metric that requires it to be incredibly accurate in order to establish cardiovascular and nervous system health. This system enables the basis of guided Resonance meditation sessions. This sessions consist of breathing routines and an audio guide and can help reduce anxiety, stress, and focus through extended use.

Further, the sensor also provides data on how the body responds while exercising and records all activity including resting heart rate for a more complete picture of your health than a simple pulse reading. The Sona bracelet approaches fitness tracking provides an Active Time reading over a more basic step count apart from heart rate monitoring.

The bracelet is designed in a manner that focus less about pushing your limits at the gym and more about fitting into your lifestyle. The bands are either made of black or white leather and has a metal body with a rose gold, gold, or gunmetal finish. Moreover, on the front is a mirrored, screen-less panel and inside, there is a small battery that lasts for about four days,

As already told that Sona has an always-active heart rate sensor, its ability to sync with the phone using Bluetooth is really helpful. The app is currently only for iOS but the Android version with Google Fit will be soon in the market.

The idea of a lifestyle and wellness-focused wearable is a much better ides rather than one that’s all about fitness and weight loss. In all, the Sona aims to push into making your life better, and not just lose weight or move more.
