Vicor BCM6123 high-efficiency, small-size, and power-dense power modules provide voltage transformation, current multiplication, and isolation. With peak efficiencies of up to 98% and up to 125A in only 61mm x 25mm footprint. Essentially a very small high-frequency DC-DC transformer, the BCM6123 steps down its input voltage by a range of ratios and provides galvanic isolation. BCM6123 power modules also feature digital PMBus communication that allows control and telemetry capability within the system design. These flexible power modules can be easily paralleled into higher power arrays.
