The DCM DC-DC converters feature a 93.6% peak efficiency, up to 600W, 25A continuous power supply, up to 1239W/in3 power density, and a wide input range. These DCM converters provide overvoltage (OV), undervoltage (UV), overcurrent (OCP), short circuit (SCP), and thermal protection.
The DCM CHiP converters utilize the thermal and density benefits to offer flexible thermal management options with low top- and bottom-side thermal impedances.
