Teradyne has announced the UltraFLEXplus S series, beginning with the 24-slot UltraFLEXplus S24 system for engineering and production testing of microcontrollers, multimedia devices and edge AI devices in high-mix semiconductor manufacturing. The system uses the UltraFLEXplus instrument ecosystem, IG-XL software environment and existing test program libraries while supporting tri-temperature testing and applications across automotive, industrial and consumer markets.
