Navitas Semiconductor has introduced a 24 kW, 800 VDC-to-12 VDC power delivery board (PDB) for NVIDIA MGX AI data center systems. The GaNFast™-based board has a target full-load efficiency of 97%, power density above 2,000 W/in³ and a 400 × 60 mm form factor for integration near compute processors. Its single-stage architecture removes the 50 V-to-12 V intermediate bus conversion and uses 16 NV6034 650 V, 18 mΩ GaNFast™ FETs in a stacked half-bridge configuration.
