TDK adds NTC sensors for high-voltage systems

TDK Corporation has expanded its NTC temperature sensor portfolio with the M704 and M705 series for temperature measurement in high-voltage systems. The M704 supports voltage ratings up to 4,000 V AC and temperatures from −40°C to +125°C while the M705 supports up to 2,500 V AC, temperatures up to +180°C and a thermal time constant of approximately 6.2 seconds on a metal plate, for applications including data center UPS and PSU systems, charging stations and photovoltaic inverters.
